01Accounts that block Week 1

Schema, authentication, and the staging environment cannot be built until these exist. Each is opened under Rohini Paralkar's email with YourTab's payment method on file, then the developer is invited with scoped access — never root, never billing.

Git repository Free

GitHub, GitLab or Gitea under YourTab's org. Developer gets read/write; YourTab keeps admin from Day 1.
AWS AED 295–535/mo

Database, cache, API hosting, secrets — all in me-central-1 (Dubai) for data residency. Developer gets an IAM user scoped to deploy and operations.
Supabase Free tier

Authentication, the five user roles, Apple and Google Sign-In.
Vercel Pro AED 80/mo

Hosting for the venue dashboard and the admin console.

Push notifications and analytics.

All infrastructure together: AED 591–1,101 per month (AED 7,092–13,212 per year), including Vercel, Sentry, Datadog and Maps alongside AWS. These are estimates — every vendor invoices YourTab directly. None of it is part of the AED 9,540 development fee.

02Start now, needed later

Not required to begin work, but slow enough that starting them in Week 1 is the whole point.

Apple Developer Program Needed Week 4

USD 99/year. Apple Sign-In is mandatory on iOS and is built in Week 4. Enrolment involves identity verification and can take days to weeks.
UAE law firm engaged Gates go-live

For the SVF classification opinion. A preliminary brief happens in Milestone 1; the written opinion is a hard gate on launch. Runs as a parallel track — a delay here does not block Milestone 1 sign-off.
Penetration test firm booked Needed Week 11

Every finding must be remediated before launch, so booking early leaves room to fix what it finds.
Google Play Console Before Week 12

USD 25 one-time, for the staged Android rollout.
SMS/OTP provider and domains Optional

Only if phone verification or custom domains are wanted. Roughly AED 0.05–0.20 per SMS; domains AED 40–200 per year.

03Decisions the build is waiting on

The database schema freezes at the end of Milestone 1 — after that, changing it means altering live customer balance data, which is the one thing this milestone exists to avoid.

Set the transaction fee rate

Invoices are meant to calculate this from ledger data, but no rate or subscription tier is defined anywhere in the specification. Is it a percentage of volume, a flat amount per transaction, or tiered? Invoicing cannot be built until this is answered.
Answer the remaining six schema questions

Listed in full in the schema decisions document. Two are contradictions inside the specification itself; the rest are confirmations.
Supply venue catalogue content

In structured format. Contractually due before the Milestone 2 build begins, so it wants preparing during Week 4.

04What the developer delivers by Week 5

These are the Milestone 1 acceptance criteria. Meeting them triggers the delivery notice and the Milestone 2 payment.

Signed PRD and approved designs

Figma prototypes for the consumer app, venue dashboard and admin console. Six revision rounds are included.
Database live with all 24 tables

In Dubai, with the append-only ledger proven by test transactions — records cannot be edited or deleted, by anyone.
Sign-in working end to end

All five user roles, with Apple and Google Sign-In.
Staging environment running

API hosting and cache provisioned, with the backend skeleton deployed.
Automated test suite scaffolded

Roughly 50% coverage on authentication and the ledger. Contractually required at this milestone, not deferrable to the end.
Preliminary legal brief sent

Prepared and coordinated with the client's law firm. Parallel track — does not block sign-off.

Review window. Milestone deliverables are reviewed within 5 business days, and are deemed accepted if no written objection arrives within 10 business days of the delivery notice. Payment is due within 5 business days of approval or deemed acceptance.
